Columns
Open this page in the theme editor and click on "Page Constructor" configuration in the left menu.
Set the column width to 66.6% which means the content will take two thirds of the page width.
Then create a "Content Block" and set its column width to 33.3% (one third).
You will get a two-column page. There are many more column size option so that you can split your page on up to five columns.

There are different type of content you can display on your page using different blocks.

Page break
Sometimes you want the next column to be on a new row even if it fits to the grid. Use "Page break (clear fix)" block for that. Let me demonstrate this case:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat. Two-thirds with less content

Another two-thirds
It fits to the space left on this line. To make the next two-thirds column go on another line. Insert a "Page break" block before it.
